A rain tent protects your children and/or dog from the weather. But the rain tent itself has to put up with a lot. As a result, it might get damaged, which in most cases can be repaired. Then you can enjoy the convenience of the rain tent again.
Warranty
Does your rain tent have an orange Babboe label? Then it was produced by our current supplier Clarijs Covers and the damage may still be covered by warranty.

If the damage to the rain tent falls under the above warranty conditions, you can make a warranty claim using the procedure below.
1. Contact Babboe Customer Service by filling in the contact form. Describe what the damage is and add photos where the damage is clearly visible.
2. If the damage falls under the warranty period, Babboe customer service will submit a warranty request to Clarijs Covers.
3. Then you have to complete this application yourself with the details below:
o A proof of purchase
o A photo of the entire product
o A clear photo of the damage
o Product ID (on the back of the orange Babboe label)
4. Our supplier Clarijs Covers will contact you directly about the further handling of the warranty.
Repair
If the damage to your rain tent no longer falls under warranty, you can request to have the damage repaired. The repair will be carried out by Clarijs Covers at a reduced rate. The shipping costs have to be paid by you.
