Exchanges and returns

Accordance with article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code , the customer has a period of 14 days of receipt of the ordered products (excluding custom products or special customer orders ) to return it to Babboe BV against exchange or refund.

This law is applicable and subject to conditions for all products shipped to the customer or withdrawn at a point of sale by Babboe BV .
